علماء تونس و احكام الميراث فى الاسلام

انا لا اتفق مع علماء تونس من ناحية احكام الميراث فى الاسلام٠ الاحكام يجب ان تناسب العصر والمكان فمن الممكن تطوير الذكر مثل حظ الانثتين فى الميراث بدون حرج او خوف٠
