Although it is convenient to stick with every detail because it is easy one should realize that Islam is the religion of logic more important than any thing else. One should examine using his brain what fits with our time and what does not. Koran mentions that the Jews carry there books but can not use it properly because may be they became close minded. Muslims should not be like them and make the same mistake and become close minded. Muslims should keep what is good and valid in sharia, modify what needs to be modified and do not implement what does not fit with our times like cutting hands of the thieves.
