Narrow Mind Reading from Quraan Koran
It is very dangerous to read the Koran with narrow mind. In Islam you have to use your brain. You do not be lazy and use the word by word interpretation of words commands. You have to use your mind and this is how one can boast about Islam.
Reasoning should prevail. There are boundaries and red line where you can go. As an example one can not take away the obligation of prayers as an example.
However, look at homosexuality as some Muslims claim they are born with it and can not over come it if this is the case they should not be condemned.
As some learned Muslim teachers they condemn such people to death quoting one word here and word there from Quraan. This is very dangerous and wrong. Although such acts are prohibited in Quraan one can not go about and demand death or punishment as severe or light. Let God judge them in the day after because only God know it all.
